This website is currently a review version. Its enquiry form saves test requests in an isolated review system and does not send notifications to Hammer Time. Please use the published telephone or email for genuine business enquiries.

Information in a review enquiry

The form collects your selected service, job description, postcode, name, email and optional phone number. It also creates a submission reference and records the time and moderation status. Please use fictional details when testing this review form.

Why information is processed

Information is used to test enquiry handling, review requests and protect the website from abuse. Production enquiries would be processed to respond to a request and, where relevant, take steps before entering a contract. Security processing supports the legitimate interest of protecting the website.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and isolated enquiry database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser traffic to reduce automated abuse. It may process technical browser and network information under its own privacy arrangements. IP addresses used for rate limiting are hashed before being stored by the application. The site does not load a Facebook feed, advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention and access

Review enquiry and spam records are removed after 90 days. Sender blocks expire after 90 days. Short-lived rate-limit and challenge records are removed within one day. Stored enquiries are restricted to authorised website operators. Notifications to the business are disabled in this review environment.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting the email above. Rights depend on the purpose and circumstances of processing. You can raise a data protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

External contact routes

Calling, emailing or visiting Facebook uses a separate service and its privacy arrangements. The website does not read your email or Facebook account.
